Three services.
One obligation.
Arrive.
Everything we do serves one purpose — the cargo gets to its buyer on terms you both agreed to. These are the three mechanisms we use.
Tonnage · Position · Terms
We hold named market positions across Handysize, Handymax, Supramax, Ultramax, Panamax, Kamsarmax, and Capesize segments. These are not spot inquiries forwarded to a pool — they are positions we track daily, vessels we know by name, owners we deal with directly. When you call, we already know what is open.
Our commodity focus is grains — wheat, maize, soy — minerals including bauxite, iron ore, and nickel ore, steel products, fertilizer, and cement clinker. These are the cargoes that move on bulk carriers and the cargoes our shippers are actually handling. We do not dilute our attention across every possible parcel type.
Charter parties are fixed in the shipper's interest. Every fixture we close includes named laytime, explicit demurrage and despatch rates, and no surprise risk-transfer clauses buried in the rider. If a clause is in the contract, you will have read it and agreed to it before the fixture is declared.
Our response standard is four hours on any named cargo, origin, destination, and laycan. We will have a quote on the table within that window. Once terms are agreed, fixture typically closes within twenty-four hours. We do not hold clients in negotiation longer than the market requires.
Multimodal, named lane.
Our scope runs from Adriatic hubs — Durres, Trieste, Koper, Thessaloniki — to Gulf terminals including Jebel Ali, Dammam, and Sohar, with onward routing available across the wider MENA and sub-Saharan Africa corridors. These are the lanes we operate. Not lanes we can theoretically access, lanes we move cargo on today.
We combine modes where combination makes sense: sea-road on most Adriatic to Gulf movements, sea-rail where rail infrastructure exists — the Durres–Tirana–Skopje corridor is operational and cost-competitive for the right cargo volumes. Air freight is offered only where the cargo genuinely requires it; we will say so plainly if it does not.
Customs and documentation are handled in-house on every movement we book. HS classification, export documentation, cargo insurance placement, and shipper's letter of instruction are on file before the cargo moves. You are not managing paperwork across three parties.
Lane discipline is a policy. We name the lanes we operate and we quote only those lanes at standard rates. A request outside a named lane gets either a direct no — with a referral to a peer — or a quote that honestly reflects the spot premium. We do not pretend everything is equally standard.
In-house. Port of Durres.
Customs clearance is where most shipper relationships break down. Delays, missed documentation, misclassified tariff lines, agents who don't return calls — all of it happens at clearance. We refuse to outsource this function for Durres. The person who booked your cargo is in the same building as the person clearing it.
Our in-house capability covers import, export, transit, temporary admission, warehousing — both bonded and unbonded — and tariff classification across all commodity categories we handle. We do not rely on a sub-contractor for any standard Durres clearance procedure.
Our port workflow is built around one goal: containers released the same day documents are accepted where paperwork permits. Documents are cleared before the ship berths. Demurrage avoidance is the default operating posture, not an afterthought.
We clear for direct clients and for other forwarders without local capacity at Durres. If you are a peer who needs a reliable in-port clearance partner in Albania — we are available. We name our rates upfront and we do not hold your cargo paperwork as leverage.
What we don't do.
- ◆
We don’t move containers we haven’t handled before without site inspection.
- ◆
We don’t act as an agent and a principal on the same fixture.
- ◆
We don’t clear cargo at ports we don’t have an office in — we refer you to a peer we trust.
These limits are not weaknesses. They are the conditions under which we can make the guarantee.
